Meet Adrika

Adrika “Adri” Lazarus (she/her)
Consulting Associate and Workshop Designer

Adrika is a Consulting Associate and Workshop Designer with The Cee Suite. Her background and professional experiences inform her passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work. She is a first-generation American from a multicultural, interracial, and interfaith upbringing, a Person of Color, identifies with the LGBTQ+ community, and is a former “Third Culture Kid” (TCK) who has lived in Asia and Africa.

Adrika is a DEI practitioner, trainer, and facilitator, with a strong academic background that enables her to create data-driven and practitioner-approved content for workshops and programs. Her professional experiences span higher education, the private sector, and the nonprofit sector. She has worked for American, Johns Hopkins, and Georgetown universities. She brings a critical lens for DEI in organizations as a consultant. In addition to her DEI work, Adrika served with AmeriCorps in the prisons of Baltimore, Maryland as a conflict mediation specialist, exemplifying her value for public service.
