Meet Sarah

Sarah Jones (she/her)
Consultant, Facilitator, DEI Educator

Authenticity, vulnerability, and empathy are Sarah's values brought to the table in her fight for a more equitable society. Whether it's her extensive work of centering BIPOC voices and experiences in higher education, anti-racist curriculum design, and training, or facilitation of difficult conversations in the private sector, Sarah aims to create a community of care that fosters a shared vocabulary and understanding of anti-oppressive policies, practices, and procedures in the workplace.

Sarah holds a BA in Psychology and Spanish from James Madison University and an MA in International Education from La Universidad de Alcalá de Henares in Madrid, Spain. She currently works as an Associate Consultant for The Justice Collective, a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultancy Firm based in Oakland, CA, and a DEI Educator and Advisor at American University in Washington, DC. Outside of work, you can catch Sarah practicing her favorite form of self-care - cooking all the delicious food and feeding the people she loves most in life.
