THE OPPORTUNITY
A premier university scholarship program and alumni network needed to transition its governance and operations into a formal 501(c)(3) structure. The organization required a partner to facilitate deep alignment among its Board of Directors, define a five-year growth vision, and bridge the gap between its mission and operational scalability.
ACTION
The Cee Suite partnered with the organization as a strategic extension of their leadership team. Our process was hands-on:
We interviewed every Board member and key staff to understand what was working and where the "sticky" spots were.
We designed and facilitated a high-impact 2-day strategy session (workshop) to drive the Board toward consensus on future-state goals.
We advised the Board on the organizational design required for a sustainable nonprofit transition.
IMPACT
We delivered a comprehensive roadmap, a step-by-step guide for their official nonprofit launch that established five core strategic pillars and outlined clear phases for the 501(c)(3) transition.
We supported the Board in developing a 5-Year vision, defining where the organization is headed and what success looks like.
