Meet Kathy

Kathy Santana (she/her)
Facilitator

Kathy has significant experience advancing DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and social impact in the corporate and nonprofit sectors. She was the DEI Project Manager at the International Rescue Committee. Kathy is a systems thinker, passionate about helping clients embed social impact into their organizations and approach DEI as a business imperative.

Kathy is completing her MPA (Master of Public Administration) in Management, Innovation, and Global Policy at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Government from St. John’s University and an Advanced Certificate in DEI from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
