Meet Isha

Isha Datta (she/her)
Facilitator

Isha Datta (she/her) is a tricultural advocate for racial justice and health equity with a passion for developing and delivering workshops that build community while challenging systems of power and privilege in the workplace. She brings deep experience advancing cross-functional DEI strategy in the public health space to the Cee Suite from her career spanning global and domestic health equity initiatives. Isha has previously worked at the Family Planning 2020/30 campaign at the United Nations Foundation, Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts, and Illinois Contraceptive Access Now (ICAN!). While at Planned Parenthood, Isha served on the organization's national Health Equity Steering Committee, advising on providing healthcare services to patients with Limited English Proficiency (LEP). Originally from Boston, she is passionate about yoga, jazz, and giving back to her community.
