Indira Bimont (she/her)
Inclusion Strategist, Leadership Coach, and Trainer

Indira Bimont is an Inclusion Strategist, Leadership Coach, and Trainer delivering successful training initiatives, train-the-trainer programs, group and one to one coaching at all levels of the organization. Indira is passionate about creating equitable workplaces and centers equity, inclusion, and diversity in all leadership and development training. Indira is experienced at providing learning and coaching interventions in various industries, including financial services, retail, tech, transportation, and utilities.

Indira graduated from Syracuse University in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in finance and communications and rhetorical studies. She spent the early part of her career in financial services working at Goldman Sachs and later Jefferies & Co., supporting fixed-income trading functions. She transitioned out of financial services in 2009 to help scale an e-commerce startup as Director of Finance and Operations before acquiring her International Coaches Federation (ICF) accredited coaching certification in 2013.
