This workshop explores various work styles using a True Colors® assessment activity. Participants discuss traits of high-performing teams and behaviors that foster effective communication and inclusion. Together, we practice leveraging core strengths while developing an appreciation for other styles and effectively working across differences.

Developing Shared Team Agreements
Team agreements are a powerful tool for setting clear expectations, fostering collaboration, and creating a more positive and productive work environment. Having a collaborative process for developing them encourages each team member to have a voice in the norms that shape how they communicate, make decisions, resolve conflict, and more.
Through interactive exercises and facilitated discussions, teams will identify shared values, define roles and responsibilities, and establish ground rules for effective teamwork. We explore various decision-making models and conflict-resolution techniques to help teams set expectations that promote mutual understanding, respect, and accountability.

Navigating Conflict
