Mary Snowden-Lorence (she/her)

Mary has advised, coached, led, and recruited a variety of individuals, teams, and hiring managers for over 15 years. Collaborating with local, national, and global leaders within the Nonprofit, Public, and Private sectors, she has worked with various companies and professionals within STEM, Workforce Development, Advocacy, Consulting and Education careers.

As the daughter of public school teachers and a former journalist, Mary has infused her love for learning and storytelling within her work with organizations focused on mentoring, career development, educational access, racial justice, social impact consulting, and STEAM careers. Having served in roles spanning from Director of Talent & Leadership Development and Senior Talent Advisor to Adjunct Assistant Professor and Career Coach, she has dedicated her career to learning & development, equity & inclusion, and career & leadership development.

As a MBTI & Gallup-certified Strengths Coach and Talent/Career Consultant, Mary supports individual, team, and organizational success by helping people connect to strategic professional development resources, careers with social impact, and transformative professional communities.

Mary holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications (English Minor) and a MS in Administrative Leadership (Adult and Continuing Education concentration) from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and is both a MBTI and Gallup-certified Strengths Coach.
