Freedom joins The Cee Suite with 10 years of experience in the education nonprofit space, with most of that time spent at the first nonprofit named to Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies list. There, Freedom’s dedication to growth and development fueled their growth from Marketing Intern to the organization’s first-ever Director, Talent, Diversity and Inclusion. In that role, Freedom developed the organization’s approach to equity with a heart-centered, expansive, goal-oriented, and systems-minded methodology. Freedom’s commitment to DEI work is rooted in their experience walking the world as a queer, Black being and a first-generation Haitian American.

Freedom has a degree in Psychology, with a concentration in Neuroscience, from Barnard College. Outside of work, you can find Freedom running a business making organic skincare products, roller skating, doing yoga, knitting, or enjoying a delicious home-cooked vegan meal.
